Where do consumers file a complaint for a product sold through the Health Insurance Marketplace? What about plans sold in the market outside the Health Insurance Marketplace?


Consumers should first contact the insurance company with any complaint about benefits or services not being received from an insurer on or off the Marketplace. If consumers aren't satisfied, they should contact the Nebraska Insurance Department for help with questions or complaints.
